Mike is a SPA Field Director for both Florida and Missouri. He lives in Sarasota, Florida and Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. Mike owns a Lake Buccaneer for doing some water flying fun and also uses it to commute to Tavares Florida to fly for Jones Brothers Seaplane Adventures. To fund his seaplane addiction he flies internationally and instructs in the Boeing 757/767 for a major U.S. Airline. Mike grew up around boats and airplanes but wasn't introduced to seaplanes until his early 20's. He was lucky enough to be befriended by a WWII veteran with a Lake Amphibian. Since then Mike has been hooked. He feels honored to serve his fellow pilots and the Seaplane Pilots Association.

Graduating from The University of Central Missouri in 2003 with a BS in Aviation and 2005 with a MS in Aviation Safety, Chris went on to fly Beechjets in the St. Louis area. Looking for more excitement and adventure, he seized an opportunity to head overseas as a government contractor. Chris flew the Casa 212 and King Air 350 for several years working his way into leadership roles. Following that he flew Air Tractors in south Florida before beginning his latest adventure, Flying Fish. In 2013 Chris got lucky again and married his wife, Amanda. Together they have taken up seaplane flying, launching Flying Fish. Flying tours in St Thomas USVI in the winter and training new seaplane pilots in Missouri over the summer has been a lot of fun! Now Chris and Amanda are focusing their efforts on introducing as many people as possible to seaplane flying through their latest project: the No Limits Flying Club.
